AUGUSTA -- An Augusta man was behind bars Thursday after allegedly pulling out a gun during an argument.
Jason Brunelle, 24, is charged with terrorizing with a dangerous weapon and violating conditions of his release, said Sgt. Chris Massey of the Augusta Police.
Brunelle was being held without bail at the Kennebec County jail Thursday evening.
Police responded to Washington Street shortly before 1 p.m. after a caller reported a man carrying a hand gun on the street.
Police believe Brunelle brandished the weapon during an argument on Waldo Street.
"We ultimately made an arrest based on information gathered at the scene," Massey said.
