WINDSOR -- Thursday morning, portions of the Greeley and Sampson Roads will be paved. There are expected to be interruptions for motorists using those routes.

The work is expected to be complete by the end of the day.

The intersection of the Greeley and Sampson roads will become a more traditional T-intersection, requiring vehicles to stop rather than the Y-intersection, which has allowed traffic to race through the area.

The change was made in response to the planned development of homes in the area.
