A Limington man has been indicted by a York County grand jury in connection with a fatal car crash last Christmas.

Christopher Peterson, 26, faces charges including manslaughter and operating under the influence in the crash that killed two people in Hollis early Christmas morning. Peterson, who was injured, was driving with a suspended license, according to state police.

Killed in the crash were Tobey Gallant, 36, of Limington, and Samantha Muster, 20, of Butte, Mont. The accident happened on Route 4A.
