ABC News television reporter and author John Stossel will speak Wednesday at the Maine Heritage Policy Center's annual Freedom and Opportunity Luncheon, at the Sable Oak Marriott in South Portland.

Stossel, known for his work on ABC's "20/20," frequently makes speeches and public appearances to comment on controversial subjects, such as global warming.
