BANGOR $ Christian Powers ran 9 yards for a touchdown with 1 minutes, 48 seconds left as Lawrence capped a stirring comeback with a 27-24 victory over Bangor in Pine Tree Conference football acation Friday night at Cameron Stadium.

Bangor led 7-0 13 seconds into the game, and 17-0 by the end of the first quarter. The Rams still led 24-14 at halftime, but Lawrence outgained Bangor 236-104 in the second half.

Matt Perkins had four catches for 82 yards for the Bulldogs, including touchdown receptions of 16 and 20 yards.
