Chris Hamel, a Waterville native who is now a sophomore at Husson University, was named North Atlantic Conference Golfer of the Week for helping the Eagles win three tournaments over the week.

Hamel finished first at both the State of Maine Tournament and the Colby College Classic. He also finished seventh at the University of Maine at Farmington Invitational.
