AUGUSTA -- Legislative leaders will meet today to continue discussions about what the state can do to help Mainers cope with the high cost of heat and energy.

The Presiding Officers' Heat and Energy Emergency Task Force is scheduled to meet from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. in room 334 of the Statehouse.

The agenda includes updates from Maine State Housing and the governor's office.
