SKOWHEGAN -- The Skowhegan Parks & Recreation Department is accepting applications for volunteer coaches for basketball, indoor soccer, and cheering. The staff also is seeking volunteer hip hop dance and arts and crafts instructors.

Interested volunteers must have a general knowledge of the activity, be responsible, enjoy working with children and pass a background check.
