HALLOWELL -- The City Council will hold a special meeting tonight to discuss the negotiations on the Stevens School complex and to finalize the authorization needed to execute the documents to complete the bond anticipation note.

The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. at City Hall, 1 Winthrop St.
