A LaGrange man who's awaiting sentencing for the fatal shooting of his wife is back behind bars.

A judge in Bangor Wednesday ordered 35-year-old Jeremy Hart held without bail pending a hearing next week on whether his bail should be revoked.

Hart is accused of violating his bail conditions because he tested positive for marijuana and Percocet, a controlled drug. He entered a plea of not guilty Wednesday.

Hart had been charged with murdering his wife, Kristen Smart Hart, last November but pleaded guilty a week ago to the lesser charge of manslaughter under a deal that caps his sentence at 15 years. No sentencing date has been set.
