CAMDEN - U.S. Sen. Olympia Snowe, R-Maine, will tour Camden and Belfast on Monday as part of an effort to promote the candidacies of local Republicans and to visit with constituents.

Snowe's staff said the senator will begin her day in Belfast at 10:30 a.m. with a walking tour of Main Street. She will then travel to Camden, where at 12:30 p.m. she plans to walk along Main Street.

Snowe will be accompanied by local candidates, will visit with constituents, and will tour local shops.
