BATH -- Police are looking into a string of what would appear to be related vandalism incidents that ranged from a fire in the Oak Grove Cemetery vault, a broken front door window at Domino's Pizza, car vandalism and a break-in at a day-care center.

All of the incidents took place early Tuesday morning in the North Street and Oak Grove neighborhood.

Police said the day-care center, The Children's Schoolhouse on North Street, was ransacked. A rock was thrown through the window of a house next to the day-care center.

Bath police said anyone with information regarding the incidents should contact the department's Criminal Investigation Division at 443-8367. Damage is estimated to be in the vicinity of several thousand dollars.
