IN CAMBRIDGE, Wednesday at 1:09 p.m., a report of threatening was taken from Guilford Road.

IN CORNVILLE, Wednesday at 2:07 p.m., a medical emergency $ a child with a possible broken leg $ was reported at the elementary school on West Ridge Road. The child was taken to the hospital.

IN DENNISTOWN, Wednesday at 3:51 a.m., fire crews from Jackman put out a fire on Main Street.

IN FAIRFIELD, Wednesday at 9:24 p.m., a theft was reported on Skowhegan Road.

5:02 p.m., an assault was reported at the high school.

IN HARMONY, Wednesday at 3:34 p.m., fire units from Athens, Cambridge and Harmony put out a fire on Mainstream Road.

IN MADISON, Wednesday at 11:48 a.m., a report of trespass was taken from Nichols Street.

IN PITTSFIELD, Wednesday at 6:16 p.m., a report of theft was investigated on Somerset Avenue.

5 p.m., a theft report was investigated on South Main Street.

1:53 p.m., an arrest was made in assisting another agency on the railroad tracks on Somerset Avenue.

1:41 p.m., an arrest was made following a complaint on Libby Street.

6:23 a.m., debris, possible illegal dumping, was investigated near the old highway building on Canaan Road.

IN SKOWHEGAN, Wednesday 4:59 p.m. state and local police investigated a report of erratic driving down Route 2 from Canaan.

8:29 a.m., someone apparently tried to explode a device in a porta-potty at a park on South Factory.

IN SMITHIFIELD, Wednesday at 6:40 a.m., fire and rescue units responded for a mutual aid call on Route 11 in Belgrade.
