OAKLAND -- The Town Office will hold extended hours Thursday and Saturday to accommodate those who would like to vote absentee on the Nov. 4 ballot.

Hours Thursday will be from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturday voters can come from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Regular hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., are in place Friday.

No in-person absentee voting is available on Monday. Absentee ballots on Election Day must be brought to the polls at Williams Elementary School, not the Town Office.
