Corey Morganstern and Jill Alvarez each scored on a header and a stifling Falmouth defense posted a 2-0 shutout of Presque Isle in the Class B girls soccer championship Saturday afternoon at Hampden Academy.

The title is the fifth in eight years for Falmouth (16-2). Presque Isle finishes at 16-2.

Elizabeth Estabrook needed only one save for the shutout as Falmouth prevented Presque Isle from mounting much of an attack.

Morganstern's header came off a bouncing ball in the game's 31st minute. Sabo connected off a corner kick in the 61st minute.
