DRESDEN -- An Augusta man was injured in a single-vehicle crash on Cedar Grove Road late Sunday night.

Major Ken Mason of the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office said the name of the man would not be available until later today.

The accident involved a 1996 Dodge 1500 pickup truck that apparently went off the road at a sharp bend just before 11:23 p.m., Mason said.

The driver was taken to a hospital by LifeFlight.

Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies Justin Drake and Henry Grenier are investigating the crash.
