FAIRFIELD - The town council wiill discuss the monthly budget report when it meets at 7 p.m. Wednesday, at the Fairfield Community Center.

Councilors also will go into executive session, to discuss economic development. In addition, they will sign a proclamation recognizing Hammond Tractor Company on its 25th anniversary.
