WATERVILLE -- Fifteen members of the local Maine Army National Guard today are conducting a training exercise in preparation for the possibility of a terrorist attack.

There has been no attack. It is only training.

They have set up a staging area at the Head of Falls, and are focusing on the abandoned Kimberly-Clark Corp. paper mill building, according to Capt. Rick Hallowell, a member of the 11th Civil Support Team.
