The state's lowest gas prices are in the Portland area this morning at $2.07 a gallon, according to the Web site MaineGasPrices.com.

Those prices can be found at BJ's on Warren Avenue and at the Irving station on Commercial Street, among several others.

The average price today in Maine is $2.25 a gallon, according to the Web site. A month ago the average price was $3.04; a year ago it was $3.10.
