NORRIDGEWOCK - One person was hospitalized late Monday in a house fire at 257 Sandy River Road.

Fire crews and equipment from Norridgewock, Madison, Skowhegan and Smithfield responded to the fire, reported at 10:19 p.m.

An EMS ambulance also was sent to the scene and took someone to the hospital.
