WINTHROP -- Notify MD will be setting up a new call center in a former manufacturing plant on U.S. Route 202, the company announced today. It provides business support for physicians offices in 48 states. The company also operates a call center in Farmington.

The business move was announced last week, but principals declined to name the business until today's public announcement.

About 250 new jobs are anticipated when the facility opens in late February or March.
