The Legislature's Appropriations and Financial Affairs Committee meets today to get updates on several issues, including revenues, the state's cash pool and other budget issues.

Also, Gail Drake Wright, executive director of the Maine Public Employees Retirement System, is scheduled to give the committee an update on retirement system investments.

The meeting begins at 9:30 a.m. and will be held in room 228 of the Statehouse.
