AUGUSTA -- Tuesday's rainstorm left a foot of water on the floors of three Glenridge Garden apartments and have rendered them uninhabitable, according to Glenridge resident Sue Puchard.
The parking lot, which serves tenants in 16 apartments at the complex, is also flooded with up to a foot and half of water.
The landlords are working to pump out the water. Seth Springman, a property manager at Housing Management Resources, said a contractor will bring more pumps to help drain the flood water.
The complex is located on Glenridge Drive on the east side of the Kennebec River.
