Tuesday at 6:19 p.m., a shoplifter was reported at Marden's Surplus & Salvage, on Kennedy Memorial Drive.
5:44 p.m., a case involving harassment was reported on Elm Street.
4:51 p.m., a case involving harassment was reported on Ticonic Street.
4:08 p.m., a case involving harassment was reported at G&D Auto Repair on College Avenue.
2:59 p.m., a theft was reported at Hillside, a Colby College dormitory off Washington Street.
2:50 p.m., a theft was reported at Wal-Mart at Waterville Commons.
11:30 a.m., a theft was reported at Lombard Apartments on Elm Street.
IN WINSLOW, Tuesday at 10:50 p.m., a theft was reported on Clinton Avenue.
10:20 p.m., police reportedly stopped a vehicle on Clinton Avenue for possible expired registration and arrested the driver on a charge of operating under the influence.
10:58 a.m., a caller from Morrill Road requested the animal control officer for an ongoing issue with a neighbor's dog that reportedly was not staying on its own property. The dog jumped on a child, according to the caller.
9:25 a.m., the animal control officer was dispatched to Clinton Avenue for a report of a stray cat that had kittens in a woman's basement and the kittens had died because of the cold.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday, no time given, Dean Stevens, 40, of 416 Knowles Road, Belgrade, arrested on a charge of operating after suspension, on Kennedy Memorial Drive.
IN WINSLOW, Wednesday at 10:20 p.m., Raymond L. Clukey, 50, of 231 Weymouth Road, Albion, arrested on a charge of operating under the influence, on Clinton Avenue.
12:57 p.m., Ryan A. Crowell, 24, of 68 Ford Drive, Waterville, arrested on charges of violating condition of release and operating after license suspension, on Augusta Road.
