AUGUSTA -- Gov. John Baldacci will hold a press conference at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Cabinet Room to discuss the details of the 2009 supplemental budget.

Department of Administrative and Financial Services Commissioner Ryan Low, Department of Education Commissioner Susan Gendron, Department of Health and Human Services Commissioner Brenda Harvey, Department of Corrections Commissioner Marty Magnusson and other members of the administration will be joining the Governor at the press conference.

The budget is $170 million, $142 million of which is designed to cover a revenue shortfall. The budget requires legislative approval.
