AUGUSTA -- A fight at Denny's resulted in Christmas Eve summonses for a brother and sister.
Amanda L. Bowden, 25, of Augusta, allegedly hit a man who called her brother a name, Augusta police Sgt. Christopher Shaw said. Bowden received a summons charging aggravated assault.
Bowden's brother, Benjamin, 23, received a summons charging assault.
The incident, which took place before 2 a.m. Wednesday at the Augusta Denny's on Civic Center Drive, resulted in no serious injuries, Shaw said.
