Patriots top Bills, 13-0

Post-season dreams are alive for the New England Patriots.

The Pats today defeated the Buffalo Bills, 13-0, amid extremely windy conditions at the Bills' Ralph Wilson Stadium.

With the win, the Patriots are closer to earning a wild-card slot in the playoffs. For that to happen, the Baltimore Ravens will need lose to the Jacksonville Jaguars at home. To win the AFC East, the Pats will need the Miami Dolphins to lose to the New York Jets on the road.

Both the Ravens and Dolphins games are scheduled to begin at 4:15 today.
