FARMINGTON - Franklin Memorial Hospital is pleased to welcome its first baby of 2009. Dr. Tara Aumand of Franklin Health Women's Care attended the birth of Cole Vincent Bailey, an 8 lb. 8 oz. baby boy who was born at 8:07 p.m. on January 1. His parents are Donica and Bill Bailey of Phillips. Cole is the couple's first child.

As Franklin Memorial Hospital's first baby of 2009, Cole was presented with
