IN ANSON, Monday at 12:28 p.m., a report of an assault was investigated at Carrabec High School.

9:04 a.m., a theft report was investigated at TDS Telecom on Elm Street.

IN CANAAN, Monday at 6:56 p.m., a report of a vehicle fire was investigated by fire crews on Halls Bridge Road.

IN FAIRFIELD, Tuesday at 7:46 a.m., an emergency alarm sounding was investigated at Grange Cottage at Good Will-Hinckley.

3:03 p.m., a fire was extinguished at Huhtamaki by crews from Waterville and Fairfield.

IN MADISON, Monday at 10:01 p.m., fire crews from Madison, Skowhegan and Anson extinguished a structure fire on Laney Road. Firefighters were on scene for nearly two hours.
