Westbrook police and the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency charged two people in connection with a drug raid at a home on Bridgton Road this morning.

Police, assisted by the Cumberland County Tactical Team, forced their way into the house at 131 Bridgton Road to execute a search warrant at 5:15 a.m.

Police said they charged Rocco Corsetti, 61, with aggravated trafficking in crack cocaine and Venus MacLean, 33, with possession of cocaine.

Police recovered what they described as a large quantity of cocaine packaged for sale, including some that Corsetti threw onto the front lawn as police knocked down his back door, police said.

Police expect more arrests in connection with the ongoing investigation.
