Verizon phone customers need to make sure the PUC hears the case on Verizon over-charges that was documented by the previous Public Advocate. Verizon phone service is very expensive and yet we have heard nothing but excuses from the current Public Advocate, whose primary qualification for the job seems to be he was a policy operative for Baldacci.report abusenerf Hofflemeyer
