It's not really possible to completely check someone's mouth. People bite. It's also NOT yet clear what was actually ingested or HOW he got the drug. Visitors and other inmates have been known to supply drugs to inmates. Don't be so fast to put blame on anyone other than the individual who took the pills.report abuseGOSOX!!

It is not the correction officers that check the inmates. when meds are passed, it's the nurse(s) that issue and check the mouths and makes sure that the pill(s) have been swallowed.
If he has been hiding them in his cell and corrections staff have not found them during cell searches(if they do them) then you can blame the corrections staff.report abuse

Now that is a HIPPA Violation and the sad part is, he will sue and get an easy payday. All the pph had to do is not list the medication and it would have saved them a lawsuit.

Next time you do this, get a better handle on the guard rotations.
You don't want to be found next time.
Understanding the guard rotations will give you the maximum amount of time after ingestion before you are found.
