The people of Maine. By cutting out the insurance companies, we will have more than enough money to pay for single payer universal access healthcare. Unfortunately, that will also depress the $10 million+ housing market, but it never seemed fair to build houses on a foundation of human misery and blood.report abuse

This newspaper is blacklisting factual commentary on how violent the gay-rights movement is. Why? Who at the paper prevents on-line comments from instant publication, post-submission? Both entries were not "hate speech". My 1st amendment rights were violated by the Portland Press Herald today, twice.report abuseGreg Greg
