Nobody knows who saw what. Maybe most of them actually saw nothing. How does the officer know there were witnesses? Was he just assuming? Was he witnessing the witnesses witness this stunt? Even if there was doesn't mean they saw it happened maybe they were txting on their cell phones or watching a dvd. Just saying nobody knows. Hope the guy recovers.report abuseScott
