Personally I am appalled that the legislature wants to cut services for mentally disabled people while refusing to curtail tax loopholes that currently allow highly profitable businesses to receive tax rebates for taxes they never even paid in the first place. I'm sorry but that is just ridiculous. And sick. Not unlike some of the unfortunate comments posted on herein. God help us.report abuseThomas Carter
