As a UMF grad (94) who frequently visited the diner, this news saddens me. The food, service, and atmosphere were top notch - which you really needed to experience.

I was last at the Diner about six months ago, and I'd have to say that it looked like it was on its way out, and the few stragglers still left there did as well.
