So on that note,why not paint the scenes that are on the license plates? They are getting quite nice now that red "crawfish" is gone!report abuse

I think it's a good idea. The tanks are there, they just want to make lemonade out of the lemons that are already there. They might be empty, but they're there.

I agree! It'a stupid idea and I could think of other ways to promote creative economic growth - and it doesn't have anything to do with oil tanks. Having some artistic festivals where artists are allow to show and sell their creation whether in oil or of forms comes to mind.report abuseCitygirl
