In 1999 Tracey pled no contest to the charges stemming from the accident that resulted in Mr. Comeau's death. She followed poor legal advice and put forth no defense.Mr.Comeau's blood alcohol was also well past the legal limit that night. It was 3:30 A.M. on a rainy foggy morning. The way I understood it the cause of the accident was inconclusive. To this day Tracey doesn't know what happened. What if she didn't cause this accident? She has served her time and the state has chosen a poor person to make an example of. Hang tough,Love you Traceyreport abuseRon Barnett

You're having a bit of trouble making your point... Repeat OUI offenses, one resulting in death, do not compare to library fines... and what is a "wonton criminal"?
Getting drunk and operating a vehicle is no accident. If my neice has a pop or three and "accidentally" kills her friend, I fully expect the court to lock her up if my family fails to keep her sober. This woman has learned nothing from her mistakes. Thus, someone has to step up and protect our community.report abuse
