Now just where did the State find $250,000 that wasn't needed for anything more important than a downtown project in any town? How much more chump change might they find if they look under the cushions at the State House?report abusebassackwards

Yes, because anytime I look to spend my money out of town i don't bother looking for towns with decent stores in their downtowns, I simply pick the ones with $1,000,000 toilets. What a joke. This just goes to show you that you can't screw up badly enough to lose your job as a town of Skowhegan employee (yes i'm talking about you Jeff Hewett).report abuse
