If we had a law in Maine that mandated that any judge who issues less than the maximum sentence for any conviction be forced to serve the remainder of the sentence when the offender reoffends and the prosecutors also be forced to serve time, we would have true justice, and a very low repeat offender rate!report abuseTaxME
