This is not a lot of money considering the overall state and municipal budgeting issues...less than 0.1% of the total municipal budgets in Maine? Sounds as though it is going to the right place anyway.

Beware of an economy built on regulation, service and technology! Does anybody imagine this economy not looking like a disaster?report abuse
