The reason under age drinking numbers are up over the stats from 25 years ago is because the age was 18. THat took 18-19 and 20 year olds out of the mix since we were considered legal.report abuseBole

There would be a lot less trouble with alcohol if they stop trying to control it. They make it a challenge for kids to get alcohol with all the taboo laws on age, licensing and bull crap. And kids love a challenge. I know I had fun outsmarting the law when I was a teen.report abuseJimH
