Nonny1 of Gainesville, FL MrG....lovely post, but I do all those things and I don't hate. However, I am not PC, nor do I care to be. I follow God's (Jesus') teaching on homosexuality, not man's. And although He loves all of us (regardless of who we sleep with), he does not condone the action of homosexuality. You can tell yourself whatever it is to make yourself believe otherwise, but the Bible is very clear on God's stand. It's not hate; it just doesn't go with today's secular stand of "everything goes." We all have crosses to bear. Homosexuals have a cross I would not want to bear; however; sadly, too many Christians are scared to be labled bigoted if they speak out against gay marriage. I, for one, do not fear the Truth. And guess what? I have gay friends (2 very close male gay friends) who know my stand on gay marriage and we have mutual respect (we agree to disagree). One's even an outspoken Republican. Imagine that. Can't use your one-brush-fits all stroke there, can you?

This "religious nut" (and former Atheist and active N.O.W. member) wishes you nothing but the best....and also hopes you see the HATE and PREJUDICE in your post. Lots of stereotyping going on in it. Please come on down and join me as I visit the elderly at the nursing home or locate baby formula for migrant families...report abuse
