Sheesh, another effort by Maine to pave the way on an issue best dealt with at the Federal level. Can you imagine how business-unfriendly it is for mnufacturers and vendors to keep track of and comply with the different requirements of 50 states? And we get to add a new program to the list of Maine state government "services" that will of course add to the cost of state government. To top it all off, the bill exempts some of the worst polluters in the state.report abusetim murphy
