Congratulations, Mrs. Tanner! Congrats not only on the award and for all the wonderful "work" you have done over the last couple of decades, but congrats on your lasting marriage and your 5 children. You should have received an award just for the latter:)
My father-in-law is a very involved Elk down here and spends much of his time using his ties to the Elks to help the people of Appalachia. The Elks have been great at helping him to reach so many needy people. I have great respect for the organization.report abuse
