$23 million in a $6 BILLION budget is a rounding error. Totally insignificant!

Next month, it will be below projections... and a new panic will set in!

THE FIGURE THAT WAS QUOTED FROM THE BALDACCI FARM WAS 23.2 MILLION . BUT WAS ACCUALLY 2.32 MILLION AND FALLING.
