Was the poor fellow hurt? Let's not rush to judgement here. We have laws and proper protocol to follow. Let the courts decide if he is guilty. I think there might be more to this than what we're seeing. People are innocent until proven guilty people!report abusetyson

If the state put as much attention on Alcohol as they do Tobacco, with stiff financial penaties. the budget would be covered annually.
