And from what I heard, Peaks Island did NOT lose its polling place. Sad that Jake (1) can't follow the goings on in his own town and (2) doesn't even know where is own town is.report abuseHerb

"How much turnmoil can Chebeague Islanders
take in one week?
First the loss of the beloved balloting
location due to cuts at Portland City Hall..
and now the announcement of the death of
Nabisco’s Crown Pilot crackers.... "
Uh, Jake? Chebeague is not part of Portland. Never has been. In fact, it became its own town last year. So why would it have lost a "beloved balloting location"? I think you have the wrong lump of land in Casco Bay...report abuse

Why go look to buy the recipe! The ingredients are right on the box! Then just don't call it "Crown Pilot Crackers", because my guess is that you will be sued royally! Since they are a big favorite on the coast and elsewhere, call them say, "COASTAL PILOT CRACKER"! Then tell Kraft to go take a flying leap or go take a long walk off of a short pier!report abuseRichard Hertz
