Good for the State. It's about time serious attempts were made to restrain the insanely rising costs of health care--which we all pay for. If these hospitals can't show a compelling need and are going to expect us to reach into our pockets one way or another to pay for these expansions then they shouldn't be built.report abuseBucky Dent
