in some of your remarks it sound like you are getting some help from the VA, so why the comment he is a veteran, its okay?
I am a retire vet with a honorable discharge and not with a general discharge with honorable conditions. They is a big big diffents in the discharge.

Lets get the complete story, at 900.00 plus a month he was not total disable. He can get up to 60% and still work.
